Dr Zina Emmanuel
MBChB, FRNZCGP, Dip Obst & Gyn I graduated from the College of Medicine, Baghdad University, and have been caring for patients in New Zealand for more than 22 years. My qualifications include MBChB, Fellowship of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners, and a Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Auckland University. I enjoy the variety of general practice and the privilege of supporting individuals and families through different stages of life. Fluent in both English and Arabic, I value clear communication and cultural understanding. I am committed to building trusted relationships and helping patients feel supported in achieving their best health.
Dr Eman Fadhill
Eman is a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practice with long experience in all aspects of family medicine. She speaks fluent Arabic.
Dr Margaret Bryant
Margaret trained in Otago and is a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practice. She holds a Diploma in Obstetrics from Auckland and has also gained experience working in the United Kingdom. Margy has special interests in family and preventive healthcare, women’s health, contraception and HRT options. She is also developing increasing experience in skin lesion removal, including small skin cancers (excluding those on the face).

Is a registered nurse in New Zealand, qualified since 2008. She is fluent in Mandarin and has strong clinical interests in cervical screening, immunisations, and wound care management. She is also certified in asthma, cardiovascular, and diabetes assessment, bringing a well-rounded and compassionate approach to patient care.

Qualified as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand in 2015, she speaks fluent Farsi and has experience across medical, surgical and aesthetic areas. Her professional interests include wound care management and immunisations. She is also a qualified Community Nurse Prescriber and is trained in diabetes and cardiovascular risk assessment.

Pammie
Very experienced nurse on our team. She trained in Hastings, beginning her career in Medical Nursing before moving into Practice Nursing. Her skills include wound care, dressings and vaccinations. She is dedicated to supporting patients with their general health needs, preventive care and treatment follow-ups.
Sharon, Fiona, & Jo
Our receptionists are the public face of Byron Medical Centre. They handle telephone enquiries, appointment bookings and account payments at the front desk. When you visit or call, you’re likely to meet Fiona, Jo and Sharon — with Sharon serving as our Practice Manager.
